Manuel is the founding partner and director of Godia Asesores Tributarios since its establishment in 1986. With more than three decades of experience in the tax field, he has advised numerous companies, corporate groups, and family estates both nationally and internationally, establishing himself as a benchmark in comprehensive tax advice.
He personally directs the team of lawyers and economists of the firm, intervening directly in the most relevant matters entrusted by clients. He holds a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the Center for Tax and Economic Studies (CETE), and numerous refresher courses in commercial, tax, and insolvency matters. He is also a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).
